The communities

One Hill. Many Communities.

The Hill brings together the mountain communities of Frazier Park, Pine Mountain Club, Lake of the Woods, Lebec, and Lockwood Valley, along with the surrounding landscapes of Cuddy Valley and Mt. Pinos.

The five communities

Frazier Park

The mountain's downtown — dining and shops along Mt Pinos Way, and the community park at its center.

Lebec

Lebec is the Interstate 5 gateway to The Hill. Travelers find lodging, fuel, dining, and services here, and Fort Tejon State Historic Park — an 1850s U.S. Army post — is located in the community.
